Kapalabhati Pranayama (breath of fire)

Feeling anxious? Annoyed? Finding it hard to focus? Here's a video on the beautiful cleansing, grounding and gorgeous breathing technique called Kapalabhati, aka, breath of fire. This pranayama is also great for working the core muscles so it's an all round winner in my books. This breathing technique works best if you are already familiar with Ujjayi breathing.
