Big Green Soup
Packed with leafy greens, this soup is a great immunity booster and is full of vitamins,minerals and fibre. It tastes delicious too, promise!
Ingredients
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 large white onion, finely diced
big cup broccoli florets frozen or fresh
big cup of petit pois
2 cubes frozen kale
1 cube frozen spinach
1 tablespoon quality miso paste
1 tablespoon vegemite or marmite
TBSP dried italian herbs
Method
Soften the onions and garlic in a heavy saucepan.
Add the miso paste, herbs and crumble the veg stock into the pan
Add hot water, marmite and all of the vegetables
Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes
Blitz, season, serve :)
